- Hiring staff able to speak 2 foreign languages minimum.
- Giving you touristic maps and guidebooks, free of charge.
- Provide a website giving information in 3 different languages..
- Translate our brochures in 2 foreign languages minimum, to help you be informed about :
- All touristic housing possibilities.
- All touristic sites and monuments, leisure or cultural activities, sports and events.
- Emergency phone numbers.
- Update all touristic information at least one ce a year.
- Stick emergency phone numbers up outside our offices.
- Present touristic offer for all holidays, all customers, and profiles..
- Mesure your satisfaction and answer your complaints.
- Provide you with a trained Holiday Adviser.
- Guarantee the accuracy of the local touristic information we provide to you.
